Guillermo Ureta I.

His practice focuses on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets law. He advises domestic and foreign clients in mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements and other corporate deals, as well as capital markets’ transactions and regulation. He has also advised clients in various industries on antitrust matters, including approval and sanctioning proceedings, as well as the preparation and implementation of compliance programs.
